Return Policy

I will of course ensure that your shipment is suitably packaged prior to shipping. Due to the fragile nature of this product, it is possible that our products can break, chip, or slightly melt during transit.  Summer heat can slightly melt our wax but this will not affect the quality and unless significantly damaged a return will not be accepted. In an instance where you consider your candle or products to be significantly damaged, a replacement will be sent out. Please contact us if you have any concerns about your order. 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials i.e., flammable liquids. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

   • Delivery Time: 2–5 business days for packages up to 70 lbs.
   • Cost: Starts at $6.80 
   • Features: Includes tracking and $100 insurance. Suitable for items restricted from air transport (e.g., HAZMAT) i.e. Fragrances must be shipped ground due to the alcohol  in the ingredients.
   • Texas Note: Slower service may occur for packages to Alaska, Hawaii, or offshore destinations, or during severe weather in Texas.usps.comusps.com

Special Order (Custom-Made) Products

A majority of our products are small batches and handmade to your specifications and require significant time, materials, and craftsmanship. Due to the personalized nature of these items, the following cancellation policy applies:

• Within 24 Hours of Order Placement: You may cancel your special order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund, provided production has not yet begun.

• After Production Begins: Once production has started (typically within 48 hours of order placement), cancellations are not permitted, and no refunds will be issued. 

• Modifications: Changes to special order specifications may be accommodated within 24 hours of order placement, subject to approval and potential additional costs.

General Terms

• All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to charlottechick922@gmail.com or through our website’s cancellation form.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method.
• We reserve the right to refuse cancellations for orders that have already entered advanced stages of processing or shipping.

Address Issues

If you provided an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at charlottechick922@gmail.com immediately.  If your order has not been shipped yet, we can fix it for you.  Once it has been shipped out, we unfortunately can not make any changes and a refund can not be issued. Please inspect your delivery address.
